DCT Level 1 training in this region is provided as part of our two-year GPT scheme which also incorporates Dental Foundation Training.

We currently offer the following 5 DCT1 posts in Community Dental Services within the north east and Cumbria :

OMFS/Community split posts (x2)

Both of these posts consist of two six month rotations with placements at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough and Community Dental Practices within County Durham and North Tees. The start date for both of these posts is normally the first Wednesday in September. The first six month rotation ends in March with the second rotation ending in September.
